Description
CauserieBot is a French SaaS solution that lets any website embed a smart conversational assistant in five minutes. The product positions itself as a European, GDPR-compliant alternative to American tools like Intercom, Tidio or Crisp — with a fully French-language interface, European hosting and a choice between several AI models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini). We supported the project on the design of its marketing website and the rollout of its visual identity.
A clear identity for a clear product
The challenge: visually translating a promise of radical simplicity ("launch your bot before you finish your coffee"). The art direction relies on bold typography, generous whitespace and a system of colourful icons that guide visitors to the key features. The tone — both reassuring and playfully mischievous — comes through on every screen: within seconds, you understand what the tool does and why you'd pick it.
